Sponsorship Information
In June, leaders and members of neighborhood associations from around the state will come together in Tallahassee to share ideas that lead to the strengthening of their communities.
For 11 years, the State Planning Committee for the Florida Neighborhoods Conference has hosted this event. The Committee is an organization of 25 neighborhood services staffs from around the state.
The three-day conference is designed to assist communities in building strong neighborhood foundations through workshops, tours, speakers, and opportunities for neighborhood advocates from small towns to large cities to network and share information.
It is only through the support of our sponsors that we are able to offer such a meaningful event to these citizens. Please consider participating in the 2008 Florida Neighborhoods Conference by becoming one of our sponsors. Your organization will have the opportunity to expose it products and services to more than 1,200 neighborhood association leaders and members.
Conference sponsorships are available at various levels with commensurate benefits:
- Gubernatorial Concert Sponsor: $15,000
- Cabinet Level Sponsor: $10,000
- Legislative Level Sponsor: $5,000
- Constitutional Level Sponsor: $1,000
- Sunshine Level Sponsor: $500
Gubernatorial Concert Sponsor - $15,000
As a Gubernatorial Concert Sponsor, your organization will receive:
- recognition in all promotional material as one of four sponsors for the Friday, June 27 Kleman Plaza Concert.
- a full-page advertisement in the conference program guide promoting the company as sponsoring the recording artist and the concert.
- the opportunity to place promotional materials in conference registration packages (subject to pre-approval)
- a digital display of sponsor's logo and promotional spot shown at the Leon County Civic Center during all meals and at the beginning and end of plenary sessions.
- a 3-week schedule of radio spots promoting the company’s sponsorship of the concert and the conference.
- logo placement on all printed material and T-shirts.
- banner placement in the Civic Center throughout the conference.
- a complimentary exhibit table at the Leon County Civic Center to promote the sponsor to the conference attendees.
- ten (10) conference registrations for the 2008 Florida Neighborhoods Conference. Each registration includes all meals, receptions, events, workshops, and tours.
- VIP seating for ten (10) at all seated meals at the Leon County Civic Center.

Cabinet Level Sponsor - $10,000
As a Cabinet Level Sponsor, your organization will receive

- a complimentary exhibit table to promote your organization at the 2008 Florida neighborhoods Conference.

- VIP seating for ten (10) at all seated meals in the Leon County Civic Center.
