Workforce development is key to running a successful business, and the City ha a program designed for its employees as well. The program, Freshen Your Intellect (FYI) has its initial focus on supervisory training.
In the past year, a variety of soft skills and managerial training programs have been developed and delivered to supervisors. Additionally, the Certified Public Manager (CPM) and the Tuition Reimbursement programs offer greater training opportunities for City staff.
