Minor/Major Modification Site Plan Reviews

Minor or Major Modification Request

for Site Plans and Subdivisions

Modification Authorization:

To determine whether the changes you are proposing will be considered a "minor" or a "major" modification, please contact the Growth Management Department, Land Use and Environmental Services Review Team (891-7100) for the area of town your project is located in. They will give you a letter authorizing your submittal as a "minor" or a "major". This letter must be uploaded with your modification application into City Projects.

Application Fees

After your application has been applied for and reviewed by intake staff, you will receive an e-mail providing you with a link to make your payment online.

*** Type B/Preliminary Plat/Limited Partition MAJOR modifications also require a $475.00 legal notice fee and are subject to all notice requirements.

Minor Modification Application Procedures:

Submittal should include:

  1. Apply for modification review
  2. Modification Determination Letter
  3. Modification Narrative
  4. Site Plan with Changes (PDF)
  5. All documents should also be submited in electronic PDF form using the Standard Naming Conventions (PDF)

Major Modification Application Procedures:
