Field Reservations
Some fields at James Messer South & Tom Brown Sports Complexes may be reserved for practice beginning Monday, August 18 and will continue through Thursday, August 28. Reservations for the first week (August 18 – August 21) will be taken on registration day, Friday, August 1 from 11:00am - 4:00pm or Saturday, August 2 from 9:00am - 12:00n at the PRNA Administrative Office, 912 Myers Park Drive. Friday through Sunday is first come first serve during daylight hours. The following regulations will govern reservations:
- Reservations can be made for softball at Messer South or Tom Brown. Flag Football can only be reserved at Messer South. The phone numbers are:

- Tom Brown Sports Complex - 891-3965
- The phone will be answered exactly at 6:15 - 7:00pm each weekday (Monday - Thursday). Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance.
- Reservation times are 6:00pm, 7:30pm and 9:00pm on Monday through Thursday.
- Fields are reserved for one hour and thirty minutes only.
- No back-to-back reservation times will be accepted.
- Teams may reserve fields a maximum of two (2) times per week.
- Please pay at the concession stand ten (10) minutes prior to your reservation time.
- Reservation times will be held for ten (10) minutes past scheduled time, after which reservation will be given to another team.
- There will be a $11.75 ($10.93 plus $0.82 tax) charge for weekday times for each reservation. Please pay at the concession stand when checking in.
- Concession stands will be open to sell cokes, etc.
- A horn or P.A. announcement will be sounded five minutes prior to reservation time beginning and again at the end of reservation.
Remember, call the fields directly. No reservations are taken at the administration office after registration day.
