Park Permits

If you are interested in hosting an event, you can use our Park Permit Application (PDF) process.  A Special Event Application may also be required for larger events. Please allow 30-60 days for most permits to be processed. A hard copy of the park permit can be requested through our Special Events unit at 891-3887.

In addition, the Special Events unit handles the rental of the Showmobile. The Showmobile's 32' by 14' Performance Stage is available for use within the city limits by individuals, families, organizations, and businesses when not in use by the City for special events and programs. Reservation requests must be made at least thirty (30) days in advance and are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
