Understanding Medicare & Medicaid Eligibility

Presented by Elder Law Attorney Lauchlin Waldoch

Lauchlin Tench Waldoch devotes her time exclusively to elder law and related issues. Her practice includes wills, trusts, probate, and incapacity planning, including powers of attorney, advance directives for health care such as living wills and health care surrogate designations. A substantial part of her practice also involves assisting individuals in qualifying for public assistance (specifically long term care), the preparation and administration of special needs trusts and estate planning for individuals with disabilities and their families. She is board certified by the Florida Bar in Elder Law and has been designated a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. As former chair of the Public Policy Task Force of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorney's (AFELA) and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, she works with legislative and regulatory issues affecting seniors and persons with disabilities. Waldoch received Member of the Year in 1999 and 2005 for the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and for AFELA in 2001 and 2005. She is also active in numerous national, state and community organizations related to the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

Fun, energetic, easy dancing. No experience necessary. Families welcome! 7:30 - 10:30pm. $8 adults, $6 students & seniors, $4 kids

USA Ballroom Dance
Free dance lesson 6:30 - 7:15pm; dances 7:30 - 10:30pm. $8 USA Dance members; $12 non-members.

Senior Adventure Club

Open to all adventurous adults! Like hiking, canoeing, biking, or cultural tours? The group meets monthly on the 1st Thursday at 7 pm. Outings - scheduled various times and dates - find participants at state parks, on trains, and even in caverns. $2 donation to TSC suggested for meetings. Cost of outings varies.
