A wide range of no-cost health screenings and monthly Senior Days are available primarily for seniors age 55 and older in the Bond community and south Tallahassee. Donations accepted to support program costs.

Tuesday, 10:00 - 11:00am. Brain Gym consists of physical movements that enhance learning and performance in all areas. It brings about rapid and often dramatic improvements in concentration, memory, reading, writing, organizing, listening, and physical wellness. $2 suggested donation. Diabetes Education and Support Group
2nd Wednesday, August 13 & September 10, 11:30am - 12:30pm. Group focuses on issues that concern diabetics - obtaining supplies, eating properly, gaining optimal health, and quality of life. Participants will hear expert speakers and have opportunities to share personal stories. This group is a partnership between TSC and "Diabetes and You."
