Getting Started

StarMetro LogoIt's easy. Explore routes, local destinations, or System Maps for the desired destination and the appropriate route. Schedules and maps are available online. (updated annually). Also available here is in-depth information about the schedule maps (how to read them, what all the symbols and information means).

Ride Guides are available online (PDF) or at over 350 locations throughout the City. Just look for the brochure rack at your favorite store or restaurant, government buildings, apartment/office complexes, gas stations and motels/hotels. They are also available at C. K. Steele Plaza, and the StarMetro offices on Appleyard Drive.

Be sure to check the nights & Sundays, Saturday and holiday schedules carefully, as services are less frequent during these times. Check StarMetro's operating hours, fares, and rules also.

You will see that your bus route meets all other bus routes downtown at the C.K. Steele Plaza on Tennessee St. This is where you can catch your bus to go to your destination. You can go to any location served by any other route StarMetro offers at no additional cost - just present the transfer you receive when you boarded your first bus. Satellite transfers are also available.

We hope that your trip with us is enjoyable and convenient. If at any time you need assistance, please ask one of our accommodating coach operators. You may also receive assistance at the information booth located in the C.K. Steele plaza or call the StarMetro Information Line at (850) 891-5200 or the TDD: (800) 955-8771.

Please note StarMetro is not responsible for items left on buses.
