Ready. Set. STOP!
Ready. Set. STOP! Red light safety cameras are now operational in the City of Tallahassee. The intersections being monitored have some of the highest numbers of red light violations and traffic collisions in our community. Making the decision to stop at these intersections and all intersections when the traffic light is red will help keep motorists safe and free from costly fines. A 30-day warning period will be in effect from July 1 until July 31, 2010. On August 1, violations will be issued in the amount of $158.
