About Your Bill
The Summary Bill is the default residential bill format or you can choose
to receive the detail bill.
The summary bill features:
- A single sheet of paper for the majority of residential customers;
- A total charge for of each utility service including taxes;
- Summary of additional charges such as adjustments and Stormwater;
- Historical consumption tables.
The detailed bill features:
- All of the information from the summary bill including the historical consumption tables;
- A breakdown of charges for each utility (for example for the electric utility it will include fuel cost, franchise fee, customer charge, taxes, etc.)
From here, you can view a sample of the summary bill format (PDF) or a sample of the detailed bill format (PDF).
Residential customers who want to receive the summary bill don't need to do anything. The summary bill is the default residential billing format. If you want to receive the detailed bill format, you can fill out the online form.
The summary bill is not available for commercial accounts.
